Celia sees real estate not just as a profession, but as a calling to build and nurture community. After running a successful PR and sports marketing firm for 13 years in the fast-paced world of NASCAR®, she pivoted into real estate with a high-end new construction builder in Charlotte, NC. Watching diverse communities come to life gave her a deep appreciation for helping people establish a sense of home—an experience that still fuels her passion today.

Her journey eventually brought her to Myrtle Beach, first through a national builder, and later to Coldwell Banker, where she quickly made her mark. Drawing on her entrepreneurial background and relentless work ethic, she doubled her sales in her second full year and earned a spot in the International Diamond Society. She later became the top producer for her brokerage across 15 offices in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Charlotte—ranked 15th nationwide in 2023 and rising to #8 nationwide in 2024.
